ShiftSideKick provides web software for workforce scheduling, timekeeping, and hours export. By creating an account you agree to use the product for lawful workplace operations and to keep login credentials under your control.

The software surfaces operational context. It does not give legal, payroll-tax, FLSA, meal-break, or labor-law advice. Hours CSV files describe how ShiftSideKick counted time under the organization’s policy. They are not a lawyer’s letter and not a paycheck.

Published prices on our pricing page (Free, Plus, Growth, Ultimate, and Custom pricing) are the commercial contract. Paid self-serve checkout may not be live yet. We do not disable punches or the published week for a billing problem once billing exists.

You are responsible for the accuracy of roster, qualification, and punch corrections in your organization. We may suspend accounts for abuse, not for an expired card in the v1 billing design.
