ShiftSideKick is workforce operations software. We store the information needed to run a schedule and a time clock for your organization: accounts, employee roster fields, availability, shifts, punches, requests, and hours exports you generate.

Each organization is a tenant. Scheduling and time data belong to that organization. We do not sell customer data. We do not use your workforce records to train public models.

Account signup collects name, email, and a password. The public contact form collects the fields you submit so we can reply. Mail is delivered to the inbox configured for this application.

Free plans, when billing is enforced, keep timesheet history for 90 days in the product view. Operational records may still exist in application logs as described in our internal contracts. We do not claim SOC 2, HIPAA, or other certifications on this page because those are not documented as current public attestations.

You can request deletion or export of your organization by contacting us. Employees should ask their employer — the organization is the customer.
